## Managing Browser Permissions

In order to produce high quality audio and video calls on Webphone, certain permissions must be configured.

Typically, you will be prompted to allow such permissions upon first using Webphone during a call. To fix blocked permissions or any other issues on your browser settings, follow the basic steps below.

### Google Chrome Browser Permissions

To change permissions on Google Chrome, go to the settings at the upper right corner of the browser, accessible from the triple-dot icon menu. Once in settings, search for **Site settings** and navigate to this page.

In **Site Settings***,* navigate to **View permissions** **and data stored across sites** under the **All Sites** category. Click on the arrow icon to access your visited sites.

Find your Webphone URL, which is displayed with the Webphone logo. Click on the arrow icon next to the URL in order to access the website's permissions.

Under permissions, you will find **Camera** and **Microphone**. In the drop-down menus next to each, click *Allow* in order to permit Webphone to access your camera and microphone during voice and video calls.

**Notifications** should also be set to *Allow* in order for Chrome to notify you of new messages, invites, and calls.
