This section explains the ins and outs of using various Webphone features and outlines the first steps to take once you officially join Webphone:

1. Customize Your Webphone

Smile for the camera! To ensure your teammates can recognize you, upload your profile picture and add your account information to start personalizing your Webphone. Find this information in Account Settings.

2. Configure Call Settings

Your Webphone admin will assign numbers to both you and your team. From here, you can configure advanced settings under Call Settings.

3. Get the App

Staying connected is just as important when you're on the go. Learn more about the Webphone app for iOS and Android devices.

4. Add Contacts

Contacts can be added from both the browser and the mobile app. Add teammates or sync your phone contacts by finding out more information in the Contacts page.

5. Create Conversations

One of the main advantages of using Webphone is interacting with teammates through Conversations. Conversations allow for messages, which can also be sent within Groups, Topics, Meetings and more. Start chatting today with Conversations.

6. Setup a Call

Start Audio & Video Calls to let your teammates know you've joined!

7. For Admin

Workspace administrators have certain privileges and permissions that help set the working pace for a team.
