Call History

Call History contains information regarding recent call interactions in your Webphone. This can be found in the Calls and Contacts tab.

After navigating to the Calls and Contacts tab to access Call History, you will be able to view recent call history and the dial pad from which previous calls were sent or received.

In Recent Calls, you'll notice a few different arrows:

  • A successful outgoing call:

  • A successful incoming call:

  • A missed call:

Clicking on a call from the Recent Calls list will open up the Call Details for specific information such as date, time, and duration of the call.

Contact Call History

If you would like to see your call history with a specific contact using your browser, navigate to their contact card in the Contact Directory, which is also accessible from the Calls and Contacts tab.

In their Contact Profile you will see a Recent Calls tab. This contains all of your calls with this contact. The arrows for outgoing, incoming, and missed calls are as described above.

To view Call History on a mobile device:

  1. Select the phone icon to the right of the Conversations icon.

  2. The Recent Calls tab will display as a default. From here, you will be able to see all received, outgoing, or missed calls under the name of your contacts, as well as the date and time of the call:
