General Call Options

Refer to this page for information on general call settings when engaging in a Webphone call. These settings can be configured on both your browser and on the Webphone app.

Muting a Call

Note: Your audio is automatically enabled (not muted) when you join a call. You have the option to mute it when you join, if desired.

Note: When muted, the same signal will show up on your icon in the top right corner of the call page on your profile image.

Using the Camera

While on a call, you can choose to enable video from your device. By default, your camera is turned off when you join a call.

Placing a Call on Hold

Click on the option Put call on hold.

Selecting this option will display a message stating, "You put the call on hold". The participants are now on hold, waiting for you to jump back on the call.

You are now back on the call!
