Downloading the App
Webphone allows you to keep your conversations going through use of our mobile application.
App Compatibility
Webphone is available on both iOS and Android devices. With Webphone on your mobile device, you can:
Receive notifications about important calls
Reschedule meetings
Upload files, photos, and videos directly from your device to Webphone conversations
Engage in conversations within Groups and Topics
iOS
To download Webphone for iOS:
Open the App Store on your device.
Search for Webphone
3. Select the download icon to the side. Once the app appears on your screen, proceed to login using your Proximus's account credentials.
Android
To download Webphone for Android:
Visit the Google Play Store on your device.
Search for Webphone:
3. Select the Install button. Once the app appears on your screen, proceed to login using your Proximus's account credentials.
