Account Settings

Login to Webphone on your computer or mobile device to setup your profile, including your name, profile picture, company status, and contact information.

Signing-In and Signing-Out

Login

Proceed with the following steps to login:

  1. Go to the Webphone Login Page (provided by your administrator when first creating an account).

  2. Enter Proximus account credentials.

  3. Welcome! You can now view your dashboard. 👯

Logout

Proceed with the following steps to logout:

  1. Click on your profile picture located at the top left corner of your screen.

Configuring Profile Settings

Use the following guidelines to setup or make changes to your Webphone profile:

  1. Click on the Profile Picture icon (see how to upload an image below) to access the menu at the top left corner of your Webphone account page.

  2. Select the Preferences button.

  3. Enter your full name, phone number, email address, home address, and social media profiles (optional) that you can share with teammates. Click Save Changes in the top right corner to save your information.

  4. To upload an image, select the Upload Photo button and choose a photo from your device. Click Save Changes to save your new picture.

Configuring Notifications

You can configure your notification permissions to receive push notifications from Webphone and not miss any important calls or messages. You can also view and manage your status on Webphone.

Managing Push Notifications

Desktop Browser

You can manage your push notifications by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser's address bar, and then configuring the necessary permissions. For more information on permission management on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, refer to Browser Settings.

The following shows the Webphone notification page before and after configuring your browser permissions:

Mobile App

You can easily manage your push notifications on your Webphone Mobile App.

  • Android: Tap Notification Settings > Manage Notifications > Permissions, and then configure your permissions.

  • iOS: Tap Notification Settings and directly configure your permissions.

Scheduling Quiet Hours

Webphone also enables you to schedule Quiet Hours by turning on the Do Not Disturb mode during your set time frame. For more information, refer to Do Not Disturb.
