The Do Not Disturb feature temporarily silences notifications as well as individual messages and Group mentions. Though you can still receive calls and messages, team members are notified that you are not available. You can then access their notifications when the mode is disabled to ensure you don't miss out on new information and communications.

Webphone also lets you enable Quiet Hours to schedule a set time frame for enabling Do Not Disturb mode. View further details below to set up these features using either a desktop browser or mobile device:

To configure Do Not Disturb from your desktop browser, proceed with the following:

  1. Click on your profile avatar. Underneath your name and image, select Do Not Disturb from the menu. This will open up a second menu with more advanced options:

2. Choose an option:

  • Until I Turn it Off: This option will indefinitely pause notifications until you decide to turn them back on. To disable this, the option will change to Turn Off Do Not Disturb; select this to enable notifications again.

  • For 30 Minutes: Do Not Disturb mode will automatically disengage after a half hour.

  • For 1 Hour: Do Not Disturb mode will automatically disengage after one hour. Use the minus and plus signs to adjust the hours in increments (decrease or add, respectively).

  • Until Tomorrow at 9:00 AM: Do Not Disturb will disengage in the morning at 9:00 AM (start time for common working hours).

  • Schedule Quiet Hours: Selecting this option will open a separate page. Under Push Notifications, slide the button over to engage Quiet Hours. From here, you can then customize your preferred days, times, and timezone (slide the button over again to turn off Quiet Hours):

You can activate or deactivate the Do Not Disturb mode at any time.

To configure Do Not Disturb from a mobile device, proceed with the following:

  1. Click on your profile avatar in the bottom right corner of the Webphone app. Underneath your image, select Do Not Disturb from the menu. This will open up a second menu with a few different options:

2. Select an option:

  • Until I Turn it Off: This option will indefinitely pause notifications until you decide to turn them back on. To disable this, the option will change to Turn Off Do Not Disturb; select this to enable notifications again.

  • Custom: The custom option will open a separate page in which you can select from a choice of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or Until Tomorrow at 9:00AM. To edit hours in increments, select the minus or plus icon next to the 1 hour option to decrease or add hours, respectively. After making a selection, click on the check mark in the upper right corner to save your changes. You will then be directed back to the initial options page:

  • Schedule Quiet Hours: Selecting this option will open a separate page in which you can scroll to choose a start time, end time, and time zone for configuring Quiet Hours. To set the desired time, slide the push button (shown in blue below) and click on the check mark in the upper right corner of the screen. This will again bring you back to the initial options page:

You're officially undisturbed!
