What's New?
🌐 Accessible meeting links: Meeting invitation URLs can now be found in additional places. For instance, you can find the link in the meeting description, before the meeting starts or even on the meeting interface, once the meeting has started.
🌐 Meeting has started: You will receive a browser push notification when the meeting is started by the host.
🌐 Remember my device settings: Workspace now remembers your recent preferences for the microphone, camera and speaker devices.
🌐 Improved user invitation: Admins can now assign phone numbers to users during the invitation process.
📱Email Activities: You can now view shared email activities and open attachments on the mobile app.

🌐 Co-Hosts in Meetings: Assign co-hosts before meetings start and let them start and manage the meeting in case you cannot join.
🌐 Transfer the Host Role During a Meeting: Transfer your host role to another teammate in the meeting in case you need to leave the call, but do not want to end it for other participants.
🌐 Group Ownership and Management: Each Group has now an owner. The owner has an exclusive right to remove members from the Group. The ownership is transferred to another member in case the owner has to leave Workspace.
🌐📱 Offline Mode: Access your conversations on an airplane or at the beach where you have limited internet connection.
🌐📱 Localized Date and Time Data: View the date and time of a meeting or message in your current timezone and your default format.
🌐📱 Better Lost and Poor Connection Handling in Calls: Receive better feedback if a participant has a poor connection. We do our best to keep all participants in the call, but in case we need to drop them, you'll know why.
🌐 Get Notified When a New Version is Available: Recognize when a new version is available and refresh your browser window to get the latest features and bug fixes.
📱 Landscape Mode for Video Calls: Rotate your phone to view other participant's videos or screens in full-screen mode.
📱 Invite Teammates to Groups: Invite new members to a Group on your phone.
🌐 Online Help in Spanish: The page that you are viewing is also now available in Spanish.

🌐📱 A Completely New Voice and Video Call Architecture: A long-awaited update for a better video call experience. You can now join multi-party video calls even with poor internet connection. For example, a bandwidth of 2 MBPS would be more than enough to hold a 10-party video call without interruption. You will also no longer experience a temporary silence when you turn on your camera.
🌐📱 4X Better Voice Quality: Enjoy better voice quality as we switch to OPUS as our primary audio codec. OPUS offers 4X better compression and a better voice quality. Give it a try!
🌐📱 Faster Loading Messages: Your conversations are not only loaded faster, but also cached so that you save time and bandwidth each time you navigate to a conversation.

🌐📱 Emojis: Consistent emoji availability between Web and Mobile Applications.
🌐 Screen Sharing: During a video call, utilizing screen sharing will not override the video. Disabling or turning-off screen sharing will also not affect the call.
🌐 Changing Devices: When a new camera or microphone is plugged in or out, it will appear in Source Settings. Devices also switch automatically based on system preference.
🌐 Navigation Buttons: New labels added to buttons to allow for smoother navigation.
🌐📱 Spanish Support: The Outlook add-in now includes Spanish language compatibility.
