Participating in a Meeting

Participants have a few different options when entering a meeting.

General Chat Room

Participants in a meeting can interact in a general conversation where all meeting members can view messages.

To access this platform, participants can click the message bubble icon () which will direct them to the chat. In the drop-down menu, it will display "General Chat Room". Any participant can send a message here.

Starting a 1:1 Chat

As a participant, you can also send messages directly to other meeting members.

To start a chat, find the participant on the Attendees list and click on the triple dot icon () next to their name. From there, select Start Chat.

You will then be taken to an individual chat with that participant in the Chat tab. In this tab, you can also use the drop-down menu below to toggle between the "General Chat Room" and individual chat sessions.

Leaving a Meeting

As a participant, to leave a meeting you must:

1. Click on the red phone icon () button in the bottom right corner of the meeting screen.
2. Confirm that you would like to leave the meeting by clicking on Leave Conference.
