Start using a variety of Workspace's communication tools. This page will walk you through some simple steps to help get you up and running.

You may be thinking, "What's next?" No fear, we've got you covered.

We want all of our Workspace users to have a smooth, positive on-boarding experience, especially when first setting up a profile. Our online help explains the ins and outs of using various Workspace features, which can be referenced at anytime to help guide you through the platform. To make things a bit easier, we've outlined the first steps you may wish to take once officially joining Workspace:

1. Customize Your Workspace

Smile for the camera! To ensure your teammates can recognize you, upload your profile picture and add your account information to start personalizing your Workspace. Find this information in Account Settings.

2. Configure Call Settings

Your Workspace admin will assign numbers to both you and your team. From here, you can configure advanced settings under Call Settings.

3. Get the App

Staying connected is just as important when you're on the go. Learn more about the Workspace ECT app for iOS and Android devices.

4. Add Contacts

Contacts can be added from both the browser and the mobile app. Add teammates or sync your phone contacts by finding out more information in the Contacts page.

5. Create Conversations

One of the main advantages of using Workspace is interacting with teammates through Conversations. Conversations allow for messages, which can also be sent within Groups, Topics, Meetings and more. Start chatting today with Conversations.

6. Setup a Call

Call or video chat a teammate to let them know you've joined!

7. For Admin

Workspace administrators have certain privileges and permissions that help set the working pace for a team. Refer to the Admin Guide to discover how to use Workspace as an authoritative user.
