Assigning Numbers

Refer to this page to learn how to assign numbers to Workspace users and their devices.

As an admin, you can assign numbers to specific teammates in your Workspace. To begin, follow these steps:

1. Click on your avatar (profile picture) in the top left corner of your Workspace to open your sidebar menu.

2. Click Preferences to open your Profile & Account Settings.

3. Under Administration, you will find the option Assign Numbers.

4. View the numbers listed and select the drop-down arrow to see the type and status of the number.

5. Click Assign to a Teammate in order to search Workspace for the person that you wish to assign.

6. If you've made an error or would like to change the assigned number, click Change in the same menu. Select the option to Assign to Another Teammate or Remove the Assigned Teammate.
