If you are on a call and would like your audio muted, select the microphone button () to mute your voice.
Note: Your audio is automatically enabled (not muted) when you join a call. You have the option to mute it when you join, if desired.
Note: When muted, the same signal will show up on your icon in the top left corner of the call page on your profile image.
While on a call, you can choose to enable video from your device. By default, your camera is turned off when you join a call.
Clicking on the menu, you will find the option Hold Call.
Selecting this option will display a message stating, "You Put the Call on Hold". The participants are now on hold, waiting for you to jump back on the call.
You are now back on the call!
To disable mute, click the crossed-out microphone button () in order to make yourself voice audible.
To turn the camera on during a call, simply click the crossed-out camera icon () in order to share your video. You should see your camera input in place of your profile picture in the top left corner of the page.
In order to turn your camera off, simply click the camera icon () at the bottom of the page. This will turn off your camera and participants will no longer see your video input. Your profile picture will appear again in the top left corner of the call page.
If you are in a call and need to pause it, navigate to the three-dot menu () at the bottom of the screen.
To get back to the call, go back to the three-dot menu () at the bottom of the call screen and select Resume Call.
