Share this checklist with teammates to get them up and running on Workspace.

As an admin, you can share this checklist to ensure your teammates have an easy transition to Workspace. Before sharing, make sure you have written a welcome message in the Everyone conversation to welcome them aboard.

Welcome to Workspace

Thanks for getting started! The best way to get acclimated is to jump in and test out the many features of Workspace.

To begin, follow these steps:

✅Step 1: Login

• Join Workspace with the invitation you received via email. Your admin should have shared a unique URL with you.

• Login to Workspace.

• Download the mobile app for both Android and iOS.

✅Step 2: Fill Out Your Profile Information

• Add a picture to your profile avatar.

• Ensure that your name, role, and contact details are correct.

• Update information such as additional email addresses, home address, and social media profiles.

✅Step 3: Start Communicating

• Find the Everyone conversation to send an introductory message to your teammates.

• Manage your favorite Contacts and Conversations.

• Visit the Workspace Help Center if you need additional information.
