You can start a call via the following options:
From a Conversation.
From the Contact Directory dial pad.
From a Contact Directory Contact Card.
From Contact Details.
To start a call from your browser:
Go to the Conversations tab on the left sidebar of your Sunrise Business Collaboration.
Open the Conversation with the contact that you would like to call.
Click the phone button () in the top right corner of the conversation page.
Your call will begin right away. By default, the call will be in audio mode, but video can also be enabled.
From your browser:
Go to the Calls and Contacts tab on the left sidebar of your Sunrise Business Collaboration.
Type a phone number in the input field on the dial pad in the bottom left corner.
The call button will be enabled as soon as you enter a valid phone number.
Click the Call button () to start making your call.
From your browser:
Go to the Calls and Contacts tab on the left sidebar of your Sunrise Business Collaboration.
From your browser:
Open a Conversation.
You will then see a button that says Call. Click this button to call the contact.
When a teammate calls you on Sunrise Business Collaboration, you will receive an incoming call dialog displaying the details of the call. You can accept the call by clicking the green button, or reject the call by clicking the red button.
You can configure your connected phone numbers in Sunrise Business Collaboration for simultaneous ringing. This means that when a call comes to Sunrise Business Collaboration, your connected phone numbers will also receive the call.
If you're in a call using your browser and need to add a new participant, follow these guidelines:
2. An Add Participant screen will appear. Search for the person you would like to add and their contact card will appear.
4. Your teammate has now officially joined!
Find the Contact Card of the person you are trying to call by scrolling through your Contact Directory or using the search function () in the top right corner of the page.
Once you find the corresponding contact, click to call ().
In the top right corner, click on the three-dotted icon menu () and select View Contact Details to view their information.
In the call screen, click on the icon () in the top right corner of the page (next to your profile picture).
