Missed Activities

Away from your device or offline? Sunrise Business Collaboration keeps track of what you missed so that you can catch up easily when returning to work.

What are Missed Activities?

While away, Sunrise Business Collaboration will collect your missed activities. These include:

  • Missed calls and messages

  • Name mentions in Groups

  • Meeting invitations

To access Missed Activities, click on the small bell icon (🔔) on the left sidebar of your Sunrise Business Collaboration. When an activity shows up on this list, you will be given the option to either View or Ignore the notification, allowing you to quickly catch up on what was missed.

If you've gone through all of your missed activities, congratulations! You're all caught up.

Tip: If you have multiple missed activities, you are also able to Mark All as Read , which will clear the Missed Activities listed.
