Account Settings
Login to Sunrise Business Collaboration on your computer or mobile device to set up your profile, including your name, profile picture, company status, and contact information.
Creating an Account
Follow the steps below to first access your Sunrise Business Collaboration account:
Open your Sunrise Business Collaborationn invitation (sent via email) and click on the provided link.
Upon clicking the link, you will be instantly authenticated.
Create a strong, new password for your account. Note: Passwords cannot be shorter than 8 characters and must include at least one number and one letter.
Enter your personal information. This will be visible to your team members.
Note: Your full name, phone number, and email address are mandatory. The email used for verification cannot be edited, but new email addresses can be added.
Continue with the on-boarding process to personalize your account.

Invitations to Sunrise Business Collaboration expire within 48 hours. If you visit the link after it has expired or if it becomes invalid, please contact your administrator for a new invitation.
Signing-In and Signing-Out
Login
Proceed with the following steps to login:
Go to the Sunrise Business Collaboration Login Page and enter your Sunrise Business Collaboration ID (provided by your administrator when first creating an account).
Enter the email address that you used to register and your password.
Welcome! You can now view your dashboard. 👯
Logout
Proceed with the following steps to logout:
Click on your profile picture located at the top left corner of your screen.
Configuring Profile Settings
Use the following guidelines to setup or make changes to your Sunrise Business Collaboration profile:
Click on the Profile Picture icon (see how to upload an image below) to access the menu at the top left corner of your Sunrise Business Collaboration account page.
Select the Preferences button.
Enter your full name, phone number, email address, home address, and social media profiles (optional) that you can share with teammates. Click Save Changes in the top right corner to save your information.
To upload an image, select the Upload Photo button and choose a photo from your device. Click Save Changes to save your new picture.
Configuring Notifications
You can configure your notification permissions to receive push notifications from Sunrise Business Collaboration and not miss any important calls or messages. You can also view and manage your status on Sunrise Business Collaboration.
Managing Push Notifications on Desktop Browser
You can manage your push notifications by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser's address bar, and then configuring the necessary permissions. For more information on permission management on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, refer to Browser Settings.

Scheduling Quiet Hours
Sunrise Business Collaboration also enables you to schedule Quiet Hours by turning on the Do Not Disturb mode during your set time frame. For more information, refer to Do Not Disturb.
